Maris Sal (Dead Sea Salt), Magnesium Chloride (Magnesium Flakes), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C Crystals), Fractionated Coconut Oil, Eucalyptus Essential Oil.

Dead sea salt is a natural product that may contain some small stones or other non-harmful artifacts.

Directions for use

For a therapeutic bath soak, add 1-2 cups to a tub of warm water. For a therapeutic foot soak, add ¼ to ½ cup to a foot basin of warm water. Soak at least 15-20 minutes for best results.

For a warm compress, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup to a large bowl of warm water. Soak the washcloth and apply to sore muscles until it’s no longer warm. Repeat 2-3 times to reduce swelling.
