How did we get our start?

Our founder, Patrick Shea, is both a PGA Professional and an entrepreneur. For over 25 years, he has been involved in golf product design and management with several different companies. In 2017, he designed Upside’s initial product, the first rangefinder in the golf industry with a built-in magnet.
