About the KUDU Grill
The KUDU grill is the original open fire grill with an extremely versatile system that allows a user to cook on an elevated grate system over an open fire. The KUDU can grill, saute, sear, fry, boil, smoke and steam – and oftentimes it can do these things simultaneously. The KUDU may look intimidating, but it’s actually very easy to use. Much easier than conventional grill systems that require probes and fans to control temperatures. The KUDU can be raised or lowered above the heat or swung laterally away or over the coals.
