A little detail such as mastering a more consistent and effective follow-through can make a huge difference in your game! The Flick Glove can be worn on the front of the hand to train follow-through muscle memory. It can also be worn on the back of the hand to add resistance while shooting. Shooting and dribbling the basketball with the Flick Glove before practice can be a great way to warm up your wrist and fingers. The ball will feel more grippy and controlled after removing Flick Glove. Try it!

Three resistance levels for all strength levels and training.

Varying resistances allows for dynamic training. Level I can be used for warm up dribbling and shooting. Level II being the middle strength resistance can be used for sustained ball shooting drills. Level III being the strongest resistance can be used for finger strength training as well as more aggressive follow-through muscle memory exercises.
