Decoction Methods

There are three decoction methods for Pollen Tea. The principle is to boil the herbs thoroughly.

1. The Best Way

Step 1: Place the herbs in your pot, fill with enough clean cold water to cover the herbs, and allow them to soak for 10 mins.

Step 2: Use high fire to boil then turn to low fire about 20 mins. Strain off and get the first cup of tea soup and keep the tea bags in the pot.

Step 3: Barely cover the herbs with water again and boil a second time. Get the second cup of tea soup.

Step 4: Mix two cups of tea and drink in 2-3 servings (2-3 times/day)

2. One Time Boiling

Step 1: Place the herbs in your pot, fill with enough clean cold water to cover the herbs (more than 2-3 cups of water), and allow them to soak for 10 mins.

Step 2: Use high fire to boil then turn to low fire about 20 mins. Strain off and get the 2-3 cups of tea soup.

Step 3: Drink the tea soup in 2-3 servings (2-3 times/day)

3 You Can Also Use This Way
