Mogwai, a 7-month-old red male Dogue de Bordeaux, is an exceptional pup with a heart as big as his breed.
While he still needs a bit of work on his leash manners, he’s making progress with training and is eager to learn. Mogwai is a true snuggle bug who relishes spending time with anyone willing to give him cuddles.
Though he’s had a few accidents in the home, they’re infrequent, especially when his humans are away for no more than 4 hours.
This gentle giant is fantastic with children, having interacted with kids aged 9 and 4, although he may get a bit mouthy and playful with the younger ones, which is improving with guidance.
He’s also undergoing door and gate training, showing willingness to wait but sometimes needs reminders, especially if he loses sight of his humans.
Friendly with other dogs and cat-savvy, Mogwai’s interaction with small animals remains unassessed.
Crate trained and non-destructive at home, he walks on the lead with initial pulling that gradually eases as he settles into the walk.
Mogwai is fed Arden Grange puppy/junior and stands at 21 inches to the withers, weighing 30.0 kg.
