GRINDING

Brass Brushes：Use 0.0118″ brass coated 72A carbon steel crimped wire, compared with ordinary wire brushes, it has higher elasticity and high temperature resistance, the wire will not be lost and bent during the intense use. POLISHING & CLEANING

Felt Wheels & Cloth Wheels: Make polished goods clean and bright. Best used for various molds, electronics, glass, medical equipment, gold, silver jewelry, metal, non-metallic surface grooves, plastics, tapered concavities and other small part.

Recommend to use with the polishing paste.

CUTTING

Fiberglass Reinforced Cutting Disc: The fiberglass reinforced cutting disc has the characteristics of low heat generation and thin cutting line. Perfect for cutting metal including hardened steel, iron, aluminum.

Resin Cutting Disc: Used for precision cutting of thin-walled pipes and electromagnetic materials. It can also be used to make slots in rusted or stripped bolts and screws for removal with a screwdriver.

Dimond Cutting Disc: Great for cutting, sawing and carving hard materials.

ENGRAVING

Dimond Cutters: For grinding and cutting on stone, ceramics, glass, hard alloy, jade and other fields requiring small slits and high sharpness. High Speed – Light Pressure – Cooling is the most important tips when using. Be sure to put it in water to cool sinc dry drilling will make the diamond head graphitized if overheating, then it will be quickly worn out.

SANDING DRUM

Used to hold sanding bands.

Align the sanding drum and band.

Press the band into the drum.

Use the mini wrench in the kit to twist the drum screw.

Be sure the different size of sanding drum fits different size of sanding band.

WRENCH

The big head is for tightening the accessory on the chuck.

The small head can be used to tighten the wheels on the mandrel.

MANDREL

The mandrel with red plastic shim is used to hold the cutting discs, sanding discs and grinding wheels.

The mandrel with silver metal shim is for cloth wheel.

The mandrel with screw is for felt discs.

COLLECT

The collects are made from copper with chrome plated.

The specification is 2* 3.2mm, 1*2.4mm and 1*1.6mm.

Most accessories fit to 3.2mm and the small size of drills fit to 2.4mm*1.6mm.
