Book Your Booth Technology and Other Equipment
Whether you’ve exhibited at G2E already or this is your first exhibition, there is always room for improvement. If you’re looking to draw more potential customers to your exhibition, there are a variety of ways to spice up your booth, but one of the best and most cost-effective solutions is technology and booth equipment rentals.
You wouldn’t purchase a car you were only going to use for a few months, so why would you buy technology you’re only going to use a few times at various trade shows or conventions? That’s why renting trade show booth displays and other equipment makes sense. While sometimes companies rent equipment for budgetary reasons, renting technology makes sense for most situations – and this is especially true for trade show displays.

Impress everyone with a stand-out booth
Generic, one-size-fits-all displays are a thing of the past. You won’t attract customers with a basic rental that most companies could set up without the help of an experienced technician and/or rental company. Here’s why renting equipment for your trade show booth or convention exhibit makes the most sense:
- They allow for flexibility and customization.
- You can switch up designs and technology from show to show.
- You’ll have a technician to deliver and help you set up, troubleshoot, and tear down equipment.
- You’ll avoid paying for maintenance, storage, or replacement of booth equipment.
- You’ll save money renting the equipment rather than buying it.
- You can save time and have free time to focus on other aspects of your exhibit.
- Since rentals can be tax deductible, you can avoid paying taxes on capital expenses.

Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive a 7” x 44” one‐line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive a 7”x44” one‐line identification sign upon request.
CAMERA POLICY ‐ Personal cameras and videotaping equipment are strictly prohibited in all exhibit areas. Authorized press personnel and photographers must register for G2E Press badges in the Press Office. If you plan to photograph your booth using someone other than the Official Show Photographer, you must make arrangements through the Press Office.
DEMONSTRATION AREAS AND EQUIPMENT ‐ Demonstration areas must be confined within the exhibit space so as not to interfere with any traffic in the aisles. Exhibitors must contract sufficient space to be able to comply with this rule. Aisles may not be obstructed at any time. Equipment, products, or machinery, when displayed to demonstrate or simulate industrial application, are exempt from the foregoing height limits, but are restricted only by ceiling height, as well as building and safety codes.
EXHIBITOR PERSONNEL, BADGES, SHOW ACCESS ‐ Exhibitor staff personnel wishing to enter the exhibit floor must wear an Exhibitor badge at all times. Only booth personnel with an Exhibitor badge can enter the exhibition hall prior to Show hours, or those individuals who have made prior arrangements with Show Management for meetings. (Please stop by the Show Office on‐site to make the proper arrangements if this has not already been so.)
