About 2.5 years ago I started trying to switch to completely clean beauty products. I feel as though my skin responds better to them and I like knowing there is nothing bad in these products. While there is a lot of budget friendly clean beauty, especially now, I wanted to share some that I consider clean beauty splurges. These can mostly be found at Sephora and Follain.
Clean Beauty Splurges
Clean Beauty Splurges: Makeup
One of my favorite concealers is the Kosas brightening concealer. It’s very creamy, you don’t need a ton, and it covers so well.
If you need a good primer the ILIA priming serum is hands down my favorite. I love how light it is but really gives you a good foundation for your makeup.
A good splurge cheek tint is the ILIA multi-stick. I love this for cheek color because it builds so well! It definitely takes a minute to get the hang of it but it’s such a great blush and very easy to travel with.
Clean Beauty Splurges: Skincare
I have mentioned Tata Harper products on my blog a few dozen times. They are truly some of my favorites. The resurfacing mask is my holy grail mask. I use it several times a week. I have purchased it with my own money many times so I can tell you it’s worth it. The illuminating eye cream is also a big splurge but the way it brightens up your face it’s worth it. I am also a huge fan of their cleansers. My favorite is the regenerating cleanser which is more of an exfoliant. I love to do this and then put the resurfacing mask on after.
Vitamin C serums are my favorites to use during the day. I feel like they wake your entire face up. The Ursa Major serum is one I have been using for over a month and I really love it.
I would say Vintners Daughter active botanical serum is my biggest splurge but 100% worth it. I have used it daily for over 2 years and my skin has never been better. You really don’t need much else at night. I cleanse, tone and use this and a night cream!
Clean Beauty Splurges: Body
With summer around the corner, its time for sunscreen! I have been using Supergoop lotion sunscreen for a few years. I think it’s the best for MY skin. I don’t burn with it and I have very sensitive skin that does not get irritated. I also really love their daily moisturizer and eye cream.
I love the Necessaire line. I think their products are so well made and I love that they have fragrance free options. I love their fragrance free body lotion and the Eucalyptus body wash. They are definitely splurges but so delightful.
There are a lot of great clean beauty splurges but I just wanted to share my very favorites with you. I hope that if you’re looking to splurge on some clean beauty you give these a try!
I would love to know some clean beauty splurges you’d make!
