Roxy is a 1 year old female American Bulldog. She has a really sweet nature but is a little nervous around new surroundings, she recently spent some time with a new family but Roxy pushed her luck by having a few grumbles to be top boss. There were no triggers like food or toys and we think she may have been testing her boundaries whilst getting her feet under the table as we have not seen this behaviour in the kennel environment.
Roxy has been great with other dogs she has met whilst out and about but we think she would be best as an only dog. She has previously lived with children but we are asking for a home without.
Ideal home for Roxy would be someone that is experienced with the breed, is out for no more than 4hrs as she loves spending time with you, someone who loves walking as exercise is key and who is prepared to continue her training. Roxy will need a home without cats.
Roxy has been spayed a vaccinated since being with us and is chipped.
